Most likely. It's usually the week after a release that we start getting the results of how well the volume has been doing. Although Naruto jumping up doesn't surprise me. It had just been released, so there would be no immediate reason why it should fall down off the list, unless something went terribly wrong.

I find it sad that only Naruto and a select few are the ones to only ever get on the USA Today Booklist. Makes me feel like we will never see head way for more stuff at this rate of 3 or 4 series being the only ones to get on the list.
