| So tempest likes Subarus, eh? The questions here just seemed to focus on how much free time and money fans have. I just love pointing out the obvious. |

All Subarus? http://www.flickr.com/ (conservative Dyno too, add 5-10% if you want to compare to SAE and 15% to a mustang dyno) -t |

Mostly money and spending habits to be honest. It's mostly about getting the advertisers. Several of the questions do help in the "get to know your readers" category as well, and we did toss in one or two tat are entirely for that purpose. But yeah, the purpose of the survey is advertiser related (and we were upfront about that). -t Last edited by tempest on Thu Nov 20, 2008 3:32 pm; edited 1 time in total |

| Now all we need are more Soobs in anime. The only one I can think of is the homage to Initial D in a Lucky Star episode when the gang was going out to the beach.
(I don't know Initial D itself, so I can't speak to Subarus in that series.) As a WRX driver myself, thumbs up to you Tempest! |

The main character's father (Bunta) drives a 2-door WRX Type R (GC v5), not the 22B a lot of people claim it is. Lisa, One of the main characters in EX-d drives a '99 Subaru WRC car in the opening episode, but it gets trashed and she replaces it with a Lancia Stratos Group 4 rally car. Those are honestly the only two Impreza's in anime that I know of. |

| The two comments I would make about the latest survey are:
1 Given the current state of the exchange rate, my answer to the monetary questions will probably be wildly inaccurate by this time next week! 2 I would dearly love to have answered the movie question more positively, but as a wheelchair user in a hick town with a first floor cinema and no lift I have no choice. They are indeed breaking UK law, but seem to have got away with on a technicality (ie they can't be bothered). Otherwise, I'm the advertising researcher's nightmare customer. |

Cripes. I didn't think of that. To think how good things were last Christmas... Anyway, its good to know this sort of thing helps the site get its revenue. I should hope it isn't all being spent on cars however. |
