Does this mean we will get the box sets here? I am so not buying it as 3 ep dvds... Razz

Ah ha, way back there. Well if I ever plan to buy this series, I'll be waiting for the boxsets for sure. You save a lot of money...and the single dvd way I think it's somewhere around $1500-$1600 (give or take) for 53 DVDs at $30 each

But since they have a final eps I wonder if they'll start showing more than the first season on TV (and whatever season those new eps on YTV are)

Well, the first box set of Inuyasha is already soon approaching. 9/7/04 to be exact. Here;

And the prices make me want to cry for being a tad too obsessed to wait for the box sets like a good money saving person should. Ah well. It's an expensive lesson learned. And it seems that the boxes condense the series a bit... for there to be 27 episodes on 5 DVDs, as the description says, there'd have to be 5/6 episodes per disc. Well, that at least gives you a better chunk of shows... I hate when you have to change discs in the middle of an arc.

i'm glad i didn't buy the single dvd's because now tho who waited ever so patiently will get them in a box(i like the to get the boxes) , cheaper price, and its condensed like shorty22 said. it will be nice to have the seasons in box sets. the special edtion isn't worth the extra money to me just for a neckalce, but i haven't seen what it looks like. until then though i'm not interested in the special edtion.

Will the price go down after a while, or is that unlikely?

I'm sad that it end and disspointed with the ending
