As the case has gone through court concluding with a guilty plea bargain, it's pretty clear that while the guy may have had some yaoi, that it was not likely to be one of the things being charged for. Then again, since they're not even sharing the title of the works, there's not exactly any way for people to confirm what the nature of the 'obscene' material is.
