I think my friends can relate with Nina's friends. I'm the only one that watches Shoujo anime and every time I find a new one with some horrible, over dramatic plot they have to listen to me talking about it.

What a boring guy though, if a Nina was clinging to my leg - hell, even with all the drooling and creepy yelling it wouldn't scare me. If someone like her told me I was a lover from the past.. on the moon.. I would BE a lover from the past on the moon, simple as that, haha!
Life is to know when to adapt to a given situation ::nods seriously::
I'd pat her gently on the head, put on my best bishie-smile and say "Of course I remember, I've been waiting for the day we meet again... today destiny has come."
I guess it shows I like shoujo

I'm still waiting for it to get the Veridian Collection Boxset, so I can get it as cheap as possible, cause I'm like that. |

I must say, I was quite surprised to find out that it wasn't in English to start with. Most abridged series are made by western fans; to think that a nineteen year-old Portuguese woman got to Ultimate Mop Daisuke DX before anyone else. I mean, if ever there was a series that was ripe for a parody it's this one. So why didn't anyone else get to it first? I guess the slow and/or collapsed North American licensors are yet again to blame.
But anyway, her impersonation of Hiroshi was absolutely hilarious. Even though she preempted the dub (thereby missing the infamous "Screw the money, I have a five-foot mop" Internet meme), she really struck gold by having him turn from being a snobby and obsessed rival into a bizarrely likable stalker. Parody and comedy at their finest.

My guess is Nina got into a fight with him after he tried to give her sensible life advice before she took to the streets- a conversation that happened entirely in her mind, of course, and scared the poor lil' fella.
They'll probably find him under the bed next to a pile of compeito (shoujo anime, shoujo candy. )

Same here! It just shows that we read way too much manga.

Wait a moment. Are we talking about a real video here? I was assuming that people were making it up!
Link please!

Sad thing is that's a pretty accurate depiction of middle school shojo fans.
So is Robin related to Justin in any way or do they just coincidentally have the same last name?
