And yet, that is the first time an episode of One Piece (aside from the 4Kids version) has been legally available in the UK...

The reason Nintendo are going region locked is so they can make everything download only, and force you to play only the games they've decided for your region.

Without importing as an option, we can kiss bye bye to any games licensed from anime or manga, but still get to live in hope that anything else might be licensed. Rolling Eyes
