Thoughts on this upcoming series for the summer? I read the description on MAL and looked somewhat interesting.

The part about the ecchi as its genre..hmm, hopefully will have a real storyline. I've yet to read the manga Confused

I think it's hilarious that Hoods is doing this. I read the first ~20 or so chapters many years ago and it's not really ecchi. Not a good choice of production studio for this.

I really wish they would release a promo video already. Also there is a good story for this, its not all ecchi (actually not really ecchi at all, just weird). Anyways check out the manga if your not sure, its good stuff.

It's not that ecchi (though spoiler[there's one chapter where Tsubaki fondles Urabe's breast under her sweater]). Very fetish-y, though. When Oka was first introduced, a girl friend of mine dropped it like a sack of potatoes thinking it would turn into a yuri story. But there's no such thing.

(btw, that's not how Urabe sounds in my head when I read the manga... which I already imported from CD japan, just be clear)

The anime promo pic looks pretty sexied-up compared to the original (if it was, in fact, based on it).

i wouldn't label this as an ecchi series, there are a couple of moments like when spoiler[Urabe is naked in the robot costume and the whole cultural festival arc ending] and spoiler[Tsubaki fondling Urabe's breast under her jumper] but thats pretty much it, for 95% of the series there is no ecchi material
