Maryland anime convention Otakon announced on Saturday that it will host scriptwriter Jirō Ishii, producer Koji Morimoto, and Kinema Citrus president Muneki Ogasawara from the Under the Dog anime project, as well as rock band ALL OFF.

Creative Intelligent Arts (CIA), the original producer of Under the Dog, announced the project at Otakon in 2014. The anime will have a digital release on August 1, after a delay from its original May release date. The staff will show the anime during the convention.

ALL OFF was formed in 2004, and consists of vocalist so-hey, guitarist Yukio, bassist Kossy, drummer Otsuki, and guitarist Gaku. The band will perform at Otakon at the event's Sunday concert.

The band released their first EP, "ALL OFF EP," independently in 2007, and their first album, From Midnight to Sunshine, in 2010. They released their "One More Chance!!" single in November 2015, and their "Never Gave Up" single on February 10. The title songs of both singles served as the opening themes for the Heavy Object anime. The band will release their newest single, "Refrain Boy," on Sunday, July 31. The song debuted as the ending theme song for the Mob Psycho 100 anime.

Otakon also announced that the previously revealed guest Yui Makino will perform at Otakon at the event's Friday concert.

Otakon will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center from August 12-14. The convention will also host: singer MICHI; voice actor Kazutomi Yamamoto; voice actress Yui Makino; voice actors and actresses Zach Aguilar, Ray Chase, Robbie Daymond, Aaron Dismuke, Caitlin Glass, Erik Scott Kimerer, Lauren Landa, Michael Liscio, Jr., Max Mittelman, Sarah Natochenny, Lisa Ortiz, Haven Paschall, Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld, Sonny Strait, and Alexis Tipton; director Kazuki Akane; director Kasumi Fukagawa; producer Yoshitaka Kawaguchi; director LeSean Thomas; and the "Man at Arms: Reforged" online show.

The Otakon Matsuri street festival will be held on August 11 at Baltimore's West Shore Park. Persona series rapper Lotus Juice and singer Shihoko Hirata, as well as Naruto singer Diana Garnet will perform at Otakon Matsuri.
