Yowamushi Pedal: Spare Bike Anime Also Adapts Soreike Arakita-kun Gag Manga

The official website for the upcoming Yowamushi Pedal: Spare Bike theatrical anime announced on Monday that screenings will include an omake (bonus) part that will adapt Wataru Watanabe's Soreike Arakita-kun four-panel gag manga spinoff of his Yowamushi Pedal manga.
Soreike Arakita-kun began in the September 2014 issue of Akita Shoten's Monthly Shōnen Champion magazine during its "Summer Yankii Gag Fest" and has since serialized irregularly. The manga follows Hakone Gakuen's Arakita during his yankii (delinquent) days.
Hiroyuki Yoshino will reprise his role as Arakita from the main Yowamushi Pedal anime.
Yowamushi Pedal: Spare Bike will begin its two-week run in theaters on September 9. The anime will adapt the spinoff series of the same name.
