Game developer Dingo filed for bankruptcy after ceasing operations on March 21. The company had capital worth 10 million yen (about US$89,870), and had debt totaling 340 million yen (about US$3.05 million) to 100 creditors.

Dingo was founded in August 1998, and it developed games for the PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS, and arcades. It recently branched out into developing smartphone games.

The company is notable for developing the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA games, specifically the first title as well as Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Extend games for the PSP. The company also worked on the Photo Kano PSP and Vita games, as well as DMM's Ragnastrike Angels game — both of which inspired television anime series. Dingo developed the Love Live! School Idol Paradise PS Vita game and worked on the Persona 4: Dancing All Night PS Vita game.
