Megadimension Neptunia VIIR VR Game's Video Shows Conversation With Neptune

The official YouTube channel of Kadokawa's Dengeki PlayStation magazine began streaming two gameplay videos for Compile Heart's Shin Jigen Neptune VIIR (Megadimension Neptunia Victory II Realize) virtual reality game on Tuesday. The first video shows the player conversing with Neptune for a VR event while the second shows battle gameplay.
The game is the first VR game in the Neptune/Neptunia franchise. It launches for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on August 24. Players can play the game on their PS4 without owning a PlayStation VR device. The website describes the game as a "virtual dive RPG" with "Nep Nep VR events."
The latest game in the Neptune/Neptunia franchise, Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online, shipped for the PS4 in Japan on February 9. Idea Factory International will release the game in North America and Europe this winter for the PS4 and for PC via Steam.
Idea Factory released the Megadimension Neptunia VII game for the PlayStation 4 in Japan in April 2015, and then released the game in the West in February 2016. Idea Factory released the game on PC via Steam last July.
