Voice Actress Sumire Uesaka's Gorgeous Ukiyo-e Prints Completed

The ukiyo-e (woodblock) prints of Girls und Panzer and The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls voice actress Sumire Uesaka are finally complete and the makers are throwing in bonuses for the 200 orders.

The limited edition prints are retailing for 108,000 yen (US$958). The original art is drawn by animator Risa Ebata (Macross Frontier, AKB0048 next stage character design). . The paper is produced by living Japanese national treasure Ichibei Iwano IX, the ink printing is done by Keizaburō Matsuzaki, and the wood carving is done by Senrei Sekioka. All the artists involved are noted for preserving traditional art techniques.

The art makes references to Uesaka's interest like Soviet Russia and tanks.

There are three different versions of the print, one version will be one-of-a-kind and cost 648,000 yen (US$5,749), the second version is limited to 10 prints and costs 270,000 yen (US$2,395), and the third version is limited to 50 prints and costs 108,000 yen (US$958). All versions also come with bonus materials like a booklet, tickets to a talk event, and a copy of the original reference photograph of Uesaka.
