Rock Out on Universal Studio Japan's Rollercoaster With FFXIV Music

If you're looking to get your blood pumping at Universal Studios Japan, why not jump on Hollywood Dream The Ride coaster for some twists, turns, and sudden drops? Riders can make the experience even better by picking one of a few song choices to blast in their ears, including tracks from Final Fantasy XIV.
The coaster is being renamed "Hollywood Dream The Ride ~Final Fantasy XIV: UNDER THE WEIGHT~ Special Edition for USJ~" for a limited time. "Under the Weight" is a boss theme from the MMORPG that plays while facing the Primal Titan.
The song change up was approved by Square Enix president and representative director Yoshihiro Matsuda who headed out to theme park on Thursday to try it out.
The roller coaster is a separate attraction from the Final Fantasy XR Ride that opened at the park on January 19. Both rides are celebrating the video game's franchise 30th anniversary this year. Hollywood Dream The Ride previously collaborated with Attack on Titan, allowing riders to choose the anime's theme song "Guren no Yumiya" or Levi to chastise them during the ride.
