Hitori no Shita The Outcast 2 Zensei Chapter Outlined

【Introduction】

Broadcasted on TV in July 2016, the first season of Hitori No Shita The Outcast received a sequel last January 2018, Hitori No Shita 2 (Raten Taisho Chapter). From May 2018, the popular TV series will enter into a brand new part called “Zensei Chapter”.

In the first season, Chou Soran encounters the strong and mysterious girl, Fuu Houhou who makes him discover the world of the “Outsiders”, individual with special abilities. Together, they will join the Raten Tournament where they will try to solve the mysteries related to themselves.

While fierce battles engaged in the Raten Chapter and lots of new characters were introduced, our hero is still the target of the villain group, “Zensei” who joined discreetly Ryukozan, the place of the Raten Tournament. What is their goal and what do they want from Chou Soran? Find the answers in this new part “Zensei Chapter”.

This time, it is the turn of famous voice actor Kusunoki Taiten to join the famous cast of Hitori No Shita The Oucast along Tamaru Atsushi (Chou Soran) and Hayami Saori (Fuu Houhou) Toriumi Kousuke, Okitsu Kazuyuki, Hirakawa Daisuke, Tachibana Shinnosuke, Nojima Kenji and Hikasa Youko.

【Synopsis】

After an intense tournament, Chou Soran is finally the winner of the Raten Tournament. Gaining the right to become next Tenshi (celestial priest), Chou Soran becomes suspicious and refuses to accept the ceremonial Rules of the Tenshi, which will the Old Tenshi enters into a fury.

On the other side, Zensei who is targeting the 8 secret arts attack Chou Reigyoku. In order to stop the quell the fights, Chou Soran heads toward the battlefield. What is the purpose of Zensei? Will Soran and Houhou finds their answers?

【Main Characters】

張楚嵐 Chou Soran CV:Tamaru Atsushi 田丸篤志
Soran learned the “Kinko” curse and “Yôgorai” techniques in his childhood, and can use the “Kitai Genryû”, one of the eight secret ancient techniques. His grandfather told him to never use this technique in front of other people. Soran can be considering as a very normal person at the first glance, but he's a delicate and careful person. In order to discover the truth about his grandfather, Soran provocated and defeated Reigyoku Chô during the “Raten Tournament” and became the leader of his clan. But he felt some doubts about the “celestial laws” he has to accept to become the leader of the clan and couldn't asked Rou Tenshi about the answers he was always wanted to know.

馮宝宝 Fuu Houhou CV:Hayami Saori 早見沙織
She's a mysterious and immortal girl. She posses' strong resilience and she always looks like a young girl. she looks like very natural and always wear some slovenly clothes but she's a really beautiful woman. During the “Raten Tournament” she fought with Ou Riken, we learned that her spirit and soul may not be connected.

張霊玉 Chou Reigyoku CV:Toriumi Kousuke 鳥海浩輔
Reigyoku is the last disciple of Rou Tenshi. He is very innocent and gentle. Polite, he respects a lot his master. Because of a mistake he made in the past, he wasn't able to acquire the “Yôgorai” ancient technique. During his fight against Soran in the “Raten Tournament” he throws away his immoderate passion to the “Yôgorai” technique and came to accept to be true to himself.

夏禾 Natsuka CV:Hikasa Youko 日笠陽子
Member of a strange syndicate named “Zensei”, she's able to use her lust to seduce other persons. This ability is called “a bone cut sword”. During the “Raten Tournament” she changed her appearance and vanished through the audience of the Ryukozan.

老天師 Rou Tenshi(張之維) CV:Kobatake Masafumi こばたけ
Celestial Priest (Tenshi) at Ryukozan and one of the 10 elders, Rou Tenshi is the apprentice brother of Chou Soran's grandfather, Chou Shakurin. He promised Soran to tell him the truth about his grandfather if he wins the tournament but it seems that this Truth is somehow connected to the Ceremonial Rules of th Tenshi.

陸瑾 Riku Kin CV:Kusunoki Taiten 楠 大典
One of the 10 elders, he inherited the power of his best friend. He has a deep connection with Zensei and his good friend with Rou Tenshi.

田晋中 Den Shinchuu CV:Maruyama Tomoyuki 丸山 智行
One of the Elder of Ryukozan. He was together with RouTenshi and Chou Soran grandfather, Chou Shakurin, an apprentices. Young, he was in charge of bringing back Chou Shakurin to the Tenshi at Ryukozan but along the fights he lost his legs and he said he wasn't able to find Chou Shakurin. In fact, the reality is kind of different….
