Sword Art Online Has 3rd Game in Development

"SAO III's" details to be unveiled at Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival on October 5

A stage event at Tokyo Game Show 2014 announced on Friday that a new Sword Art Online game is in development. The game has the tentative title of "SAO III." The "Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2014" event will provide more details on October 5.

Reki Kawahara's Sword Art Online light novel series already inspired the Sword Art Online -Infinity Moment- and Sword Art Online -Hollow Fragment- games for the PlayStation Vita system. The light novels also inspired two television anime series.
