La Corda d'Oro's Yuki Kure to Start Yūsei no Fool Manga

Girl enrolls in training school to become the queen after her twin sister disappears

The November issue of Hakusensha's LaLa shojo magazine is announcing on Wednesday that manga creator Yuki Kure will start a new, original manga series in the following issue on October 21. Kure will launch Yūsei no Fool with a 42-page chapter with a color opening page.

The story follows Sena, a girl who enrolled in a training school to become the queen as a substitute for her missing twin sister.

Kure created the manga of KOEI's first La Corda d'Oro dating simulation games. She ended the manga of the first game in 2011, and her adaptation of La Corda d'Oro Blue Sky ended in June. Viz Media published the last of the 17 La Corda d'Oro manga volumes in North America in May. Kure also drew Linden Hall no Aria -Kin-iro no Corda Series- (Linden Hall Aria: La Corda d'Oro Series), another manga that followed La Corda D'Oro 3's Kanade, in LaLa.

The anime adaptation of La Corda d'Oro Blue Sky premiered on April 5 and Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

The game franchise also inspired a television anime series in 2006, and a sequel, La Corda D'Oro ~secondo passo~, aired in spring of 2009. Sentai Filmworks licensed and released the first series on DVD in North America, and Crunchyroll streamed both anime.
