New Bladestorm, Toukiden, Dynasty Warriors Games Get Western Releases in 2015

Koei Tecmo announced on Tuesday that it will release of Bladestorm: Nightmare, Toukiden Kiwami, and Shin Sangoku Musou 7: Empires (Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires) in the West in 2015. Both Bladestorm: Nightmare and Dynasty Warriors 8 will be released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Toukiden Kiwami will be released for PS Vita.
Bladestorm: Nightmare is a strategy game and takes place after Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War and is set in Europe during the Middle Ages. Koei Tecmo streamed a teaser video to announce the Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War & Nightmare PlayStation 4 remake on August 29. The game will ship in Japan sometime this year and in the West in the first quarter of 2015.
Toukiden Kiwami is an expansion of the original Toukiden: The Age of Demons game. Koei Tecmo streamed a five-minute promotional anime for the game on August 8. The updated hunting action game adds new weapons (includes a spiked club, gun, and naginata), demons, and souls that are not featured in the original Toukiden: The Age of Demons game. The three new characters are the warriors Reki, Sōma, and Horō (Hollow). The game shipped in Japan on on August 28.
Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires features Xun Yu as a playable character. Koei Tecmo streamed a trailer for the game on September 18. The game is an update to Dynasty Warriors 8 and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends (Shin Sangoku Musou 7: Mōshō-Den). This year marks the 15th year of the Sangoku Musou game franchise. The game will ship in Japan on November 20 and in the West in the first quarter of 2015.
