Brand new story takes place on an uninhabited island where girls fight to steal Haru

The official website for the television anime of Yun Kouga and Sunao Minakata's Riddle Story of Devil (Akuma no Riddle) manga began streaming a promotional trailer for the anime's seventh volume which will include the series' 13th episode, a new original video anime (OVA).

The story of the original episode takes place on an uninhabited island, where the cast of the Black Class must fight each other in a survival game. The goal of the game is to capture Haru, and Tokazu says she can't afford to lose.

The seventh volume will ship on December 17. The Blu-ray disc will retail for 6,600 yen (about US$60) and the DVD for 5,600 yen (about US$51).

The original show's story is set at Myōjō Academy, a private girls' boarding school. All the students in the 10th year's Kurogumi class are assassins with one target, Haru Ichinose. Tokaku Azuma is a recent transfer student who is also targeting Ichinose, but she gradually develops feelings for Ichinose.

Keizou Kusakawa (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha films, il sole penetra le illusioni ~ Day Break Illusion, Ro-Kyu-Bu!, Sekirei) directed the anime at diomedéa. Kiyoko Yoshimura wrote the series scripts, and Naomi Ide served as the character designer and chief animation director.

Story creator Yun Kouga and artist Sunao Minakata launched the manga in Newtype in 2012, and Kadokawa published the second compiled book volume in March, and will release the third volume in December.

The anime premiered in Japan in April. Funimation streamed the series as it aired and licensed the series in August.
