5-Year-Old Japanese Boy is Already a Nunchaku Master

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Nunchaku have a long history in the world of karate and Okinawan kobudō. However, the weapon didn't gain much prominence stateside until martial arts legend Bruce Lee wielded them in his films Fist of Fury, Game of Death, Way of the Dragon, and Enter the Dragon.

Five-year-old Ryusei Imai is not only a fan of Lee's films, but he's got the stars' moves down, too.

Imai has quickly become an internet sensation, appearing on international news broadcasts from China to the U.S.'s Inside Edition and traveling to South Korea to show off his skills. He has plenty of time to make-up his mind, but for now Imai wants to "be" Bruce Lee and it looks like he's off to a good start.
