Ghost in the Shell: New Movie's Motoko Kusanagi Gets Figma

Motoko Kusanagi has gotten numerous redesigns since the character was first drawn by Masamune Shirow in 1989. Her latest incarnation was in this summer's Ghost in the Shell: New Movie which premiered in Japanese theaters in June. Good Smile Company has recreated the character in a new figma set for release in February.
Kusanagi comes suited up in her thermo-optical camouflage suit and ready for action her visor, assault rifle, and pistol. Three faces; smiling, clenching her teeth, and a collected expression; are included.
The figma costs 5,370 yen (US$45). Customers who pre-order through the Good Smile Company shop will get Thermo-Optical Camouflage Leg Parts as a bonus.
Union Creative released its own Motoko with optical camouflage based on Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex in September.
