Dragon Quest Builders Gets Themed PS4 Console

Square Enix announced on Friday that it will release a special edition PlayStation 4 console with a Dragon Quest Builders: Alfegard o Fukatsu Se Yo design on the bay cover. The system will come in either Jet Black or Glacier White, and will also include a Dragon Quest Builders theme and sleeve.
The system will launch on the same day as the game in Japan, but will not include a copy of the game. The Sony store is accepting preorders for the system at 37,480 yen (about US$305).
Square Enix also began streaming a long gameplay preview for Dragon Quest Builders.
Square Enix's Dragon Quest Builders game will ship in Japan for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita on January 28.
The PlayStation Vita will also get a "Metal Slime Edition" that will accompany the release of Dragon Quest Builders. A "Metal Slime Edition" of the PlayStation 4 launched last December.
The game is set in Alfegard, the setting of the original Dragon Quest game. It follows an alternate ending of the game where the hero accepts the Dragon Lord's offer to rule half the world. The player takes control of a new hero to rebuild the land.
