Fans have waited four long years for the Kizumonogatari film only for Shaft to finally announce it as a trilogy with the first installment set to premiere on January 8.

Stores like LAWSON's Loppi, Animate, Gamers!, Amazon, and the upcoming Comic Market 89 event will sell tickets to the film with their own unique tie-in goods.

Starting December 1, Loppi will offer a pin set with the movie's title and key visual for 1,296 yen. Animate and Gamers! locations will offer a wall scroll of the key visual for 2,800 yen starting on December 17. Amazon will sell tickets with a tote bag for 3,120 yen. The Monogatari Series booth at Comiket 89 will have an acrylic key chain of Kiss-Shot for 2,800 beginning on December 29.

Kizumonogatari is the third volume in NisiOisin's Monogatari book series and is a prequel to Bakemonogatari. The novel tells the story of how protagonist Koyomi encounters the female vampire that would turn him and his journey to return to his normal life.
