Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC Goes HD on PS3

Japanese video game publisher and developer Nihon Falcom revealed its PlayStation 3 high-definition remaster of the Eiyū Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC (The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky) video game on Friday. The remastered role-playing game is titled Eiyū Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC: Kai HD Edition. The game was previously released for PC and PlayStation Portable, and the new edition will have the ability to transfer save data from the PSP version.
The HD game will also include a 44-track original soundtrack without the copying restrictions of DRM as well as original illustrated themes. Eiyū Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC: Kai HD Edition will be released in Japan for 4,830 yen (about US$59) on April 25, 2013.
Eiyū Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki FC: Kai HD Edition, the HD remaster of the First Chapter, will also ship for the PlayStation 3 in Japan later this month. Players will be able to transfer save data to from FC to SC. The First Chapter PSP game was released in North America under the title The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky in 2011.
Sentai Filmworks will release the first volume of the franchise's anime adaptation in North America on December 18.
