But the Xbox logo is still on the JP KH3 site. But let's play the hypothetical game. If the game is not releasing there no more, it's just another Japan-Xbox problem for obvious reasons. KH3 is one of SE's 3 Japanese games on Xbox One worldwide with the last being Type-0 HD announced in 2014. Nothing since. Any smart individual should be able to read that clearly and understand what it means. Nothing to see here. Move on.

Given that Japan dismiss the Xbox One, I wouldn't be surprised if is cancelled in that zone.

The More You Know: This is possibly going to be a Metal Gear Rising Revengeance case, while the rest of the world got the X360 (and PS3) version, Japan canceled the 360 version and only the PS3 port exist here.

Not comparing the two games, just reminding of a certain situation.

Microsoft is to Japan what the ZX Spectrum was to the US. I'm not surprised. I expect it released elsewhere though.

Considering that in the last reported sales the PS4 sold 17,596 for the month while the XBox One sold 52 ... yes FIFTY TWO!! then you would have to question how they could even manage to get any retail space to display the XBox One version? No retailer in their right mind in Japan would have an XBox One section!

Dropping the Japanese version would probably make sense. They can just do a western XBox one release along with the PS4 version.

that's what i was thinking plus it wouldn't be the first time they did it either because the FFXIII Trilogy was PlayStation (console) exclusive in Japan but multiplatform everywhere else
