this gives me hope because if both crunchyroll and funimation are simuicasting this even after the funimation agreement then that still means that funimation can still simulcast brave witches

If you're looking for a dub then perhaps but I don't think they'll be getting any of Crunchyroll's subbed simulcasts. The message pushed by the partnership was that you should go to Crunchyroll if you want subs and Funimation if you want dubs.

The point I was getting at was that you could always move to Crunchyroll if you're looking for subs. They'll have them all.
