Well they did sold it at viz's booth at NYCC as a early street date so I'm not surprised. |

Yeah I wasn't able to pick this up at the booth as I was late everyday to con this year but I WAS able to get my volume 12, which recently released, signed by the man himself! Yusei Matsui! He was signing at a near-by Barnes & Noble. Matsui sensei is very funny and very sociable.
He told the absolute best story about how when he first started out as a mangaka, his next door neighbors and peers looked down on him. This was the case up until he was being serialized weekly in Jump. The story was hilarious. He answered a lot of questions and even shook hands with a lot of fans during a reception. I'm very grateful to have met Matsui sensei this past weekend. One of the best of my life. |

Am I the only person that looks at that thumbnail and automatically associate it with Face from Nick Jr?
