This is truly one of the finest works of subtle romance I've ever read. The use of body language, especially in the chapter when Miyamura is away for five days, is exquisite! The first kiss scene is one of the best around, as well. Funny and touching at the same time.

No melodrama, yes, and I love it! Horimiya is such a pleasure to read. Characters are fun to watch, and I feel like this series just stays grounded. Their reactions feel real to me, nothing feels over the top, and this just plays wonderfully into the relationship of our protags.
