Especially since thunder is just a sound, doesn't really damage anything. It's lightning you have to watch out for. I mean, I guess if they channeled the sound of thunder into a sonic attack of some sort, it could be useful, but until then, thunder is pretty useless as a weapon.

Anyway, I'm going to catch this one and put it in a box alone, never to use it.

It actually says 100,000 volt in the song, which is the Japanese name of the move thunderbolt in English. "Thundervolt" is just a mistranslation.

Oh, thank you for that. I am not that good in Japanese to catch that. And seeing Thundervolt, I just overreacted a little. Thinking about it now, it may as well be just a typo.

The song of Mimikyu was really heartfelt. Anime catgrin It would be amazing if Mimikyu and Pikachu were featured together in a Double Battle.
