Awesome. I absolutely adore Wolf Children. Like, it's probably in the list of favorite films.

Summer Wars was OK, not something I want to watch again but OK. I watched The Boy and The Beast last night though and enjoyed that too.

All in all, I'm always excited for this guy's newest work.

Awesome!

I'm not too familiar with all their works; but I definitely have seen & LOVED Summer Wars. Excited to see what comes of this.

Great, hope that his future work manage to net him big success. As a personal note, I can't help but feel peaceful each time I looked at his photo. Must be a really great person to be acquainted with.

Sounds like it'll be even worse than boy and the beast.

Based solely on a vague snippet quote saying it'll be focused on siblings? Yeah, okay. Rolling Eyes

I liked The Boy and the Beast well enough, but he has yet to surpass Wolf Children in my opinion. Let's see if this film will change that! The sibling angle is interesting, even though he kind of already explored that with Wolf Children. Then again, a full film dedicated to it instead of it being a sub plot probably allows for a my ch deeper exploration of it. A three year gap between films is standard routine for Hosoda, so I don't mind the wait.

Can't wait to see what he comes up with. I wonder if he's planning for another child. So always looking forward to his work.

Well, besides for his actual children, I'm sure he thinks of his movies as his children figuratively, so in that sense, yes. Very Happy

I recently had the joy of watching Summer Wars with my 8-year-old niece. She loved it! She also loved Wolf Children when I got it for her a few years ago. Hoping I'll have a chance to watch The Boy & The Beast with her, too. As long as his movies keep their all-ages appeal, I'll look forward to all of them!
