So Laura is too busy to reprise Kid Trunks. No surprise I mean if you've seen what she's working on now... Anyway I have high hopes Alexis will voice him with distinction.

Aside from Trunks, it's basically everybody you'd expect it to be, and Tipton should do fine as him. No big surprises, no huge earth-shattering changes. That's fine. As long as they stay accurate to the Japanese version (I'm certain they will), it'll be a serviceable dub.
I'm just glad some people were willing to give the Japanese cast a chance until now, enough people to make it popular on Crunchyroll. |

Glad McCoy is back as 18! I liked Morgan narrating Kai so I'm super happy he's back too. Too bad about Laura Bailey.

Eh, Sean's Goku has never sounded like that to me. He may've been painted that way early on ("I am the hope of the universe, I am the light in the darkness!"), but Sean has always played him less like a typical super hero, and more like, well, Goku. |

I was surprised about Laura Bailey not returning as Trunks, but I guess she's pretty big now. I wonder if she was back for The Final Chapters or not?
Meredith McCoy and Brad Jackson are back after an absence from Kai, although they have been in Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' since then. Also interesting that Doc Morgan is back as narrator seeing as Funi have had a habit of casting a new narrator for each Dragon Ball series. Everyone else is as expected. (Has Tia Ballard played Marron before? Not that Marron really matters.) Any chance of getting a class list for the Bang Zoom dub? I'm interested to see what's going on with that.

I find Laura Bailey to be incredibly overrated and lacking range with her roles so...no comment.
I am very surprised to see McCoy. What was the last thing she has done? |

Slightly upset that Laura Bailey couldn't come back, but seeing as how her workload in LA is always increasing I guess it couldn't be helped. Alexis Tipton is a fine replacement though.
Glad they got Meredith McCoy back as 18. As good a job as Colleen did in Kai (and she did fantastic), Ms. McCoy was sorely missed (a least by me anyway). |

1. Range without acting is just playing with voices. True, Laura Bailey is a bad VA, but it's not because of her range. It's because she's a bad VA with poor acting. 2. McCoy is a bland VA. |

I could care less that Laura Bailey isn't returning as Kid Trunks, but as long as Eric Vale returns as Future Trunks that's all that matters.
