Suzuki from Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress is in it? Maybe it was recorded in Japan. It could be cheaper that way. Though the performance is unlikely to be as good.

If the trailer's any indication, it sounds like a YouTube fan dub.

So this is one of those English dubs where the VAs are resided in Japan like that Pokken Tournament dub. Yeesh, that explains the really iffy quality.

Yikes. With what happened when Mega Man 8 and Mega Man X4 were dubbed by expatriates, these actors are gonna get laughed out of the building... again. Still surprised that Diana Garnet's in it; she's normally a singer.

I have to agree that the voice acting is mostly low-grade. I found Lumen to be the only character whose voice sounded good.
