I was expecting them to get an out-of-towner to voice this character, like Josh Grelle or Austin Tindle. This guy sounds pretty good, though. And he sounds pretty exited, too!

I also really like what I heard in the clip. I don't have plans to buy this release, but if the rest of the main casting is this good, I might get the standard BD. Keep up the good work Sentai.

I saw the clip on Facebook before the article came up on here and it sounded good. For a split second I though Sentai had managed to get Micah Solusod (though he wouldn't have been a bad choice for Bell either).
Even though I wasn't a huge fan of the anime I'm going to buy the collectors set because I'm a fan of DanMachi as a whole. Here's hoping the rest of the cast is good. |

Now the Bryce fans can keep quiet. It's not gonna happen cause we don't choose a person just because his past roles coincidentally followed a japanese VA or that he lives in one part of the world believing it equates to some fictional seal of quality. This is a much more interesting choice.

To all the people talking about Bryce, this is a Sentai dub, so he wasn't going to be in it to begin with since he never has been in one (Ajin doesn't count). Also, if there's any actor Bryce repeatedly does the dub for, it's Yuki Kaji, as noted by Eren, Meliodas, and that one kid from Brothers Conflict. Just because there's Matsuoka and Isekai doesn't mean it should be Bryce. I mean, imagine if he played Betelgeuse because of that...*shudders*

It's just my opinion but it didn't sound authentic. Looks like he hasn't done many roles. He may sound better a few episodes in as he gets a feel for the character.

Hmm I honestly dont know how I feel about this yet. He sounds fine for Bell but for some reason something feels a little off. I honestly didn't expect Bryce to be cast so this doesnt surprise me
