Thanks for the review! I recently finished reading Girl Friends, and liked it a lot, but have hesitated to read any more of Morinaga's manga because the stories don't seem too interesting. This sounds like a good one, though, so I'm sure I'll read it someday.

Fantastic review!

This is one of my favorite of Morinaga's works, other than Girl Friends. There is just something about the chemistry between the main characters and Miu's internal conflict over her feelings that really makes it special. So appropriate that it is getting a Valentine's day release as well! (I think Hana & Hina After School is really special, though... Can't wait for that to come out!)

I think part of why I really like this one is that I started reading it right around the same time I started reading the Kase-san and... series, which has a very similar vibe to it, yet quite different in terms of the main characters. Yamada and Miu are so totally different, while Kase and Fujiwara could be the same person playing different sports. (At least at first...) I liked the contrast in the styles of the two mangaka telling such similar stories, though this one was much shorter in the long run.
