With Sundome getting a live action, it's only a time until we get a Yosuga no Sora live action, and maybe Kiss x Sis.

Except there is no incest in Sundome? Also, it is the second time it gets adapted. I have not seen the first series of films because they are apparently cheap pink (softcore) movies. I really wish someone would take that story seriously.

That actress looks nothing like Sahana. Zero effort on the casting.

So, is this new set of Sundome movies starting from the beginning then? Does anyone know if any of the adaptations have ever actually completed the story?

I have been waiting ages for a anime based on Sundome or another manga of this author, but it seems that a live-action series is much cheaper than an anime. Also, Sundome New is the THIRD adaptation, the second adaptation was only two years ago and it was nice, under cheap live-action standards, of course.

Yes, this third adaptation is starting from the beginning like the other two adaptations, but only the first adaptation cover the entire story of the manga, but with horrendous changes to the story, I think the second adaptation is much better, but only cover the first two volumes and I think same situation will happen with this new adaptation.

I cannot seem to find any information on that second one. Could you please share a link?

http://sundome-movie.com This is the homepage of the second adaptation, i.e., the two movies released in 2015 that cover the first two volumes of the manga. You can contact me in Kochi Scanlation, i.e., a Facebook Page about this mangaka since 2011.
