Akiba Pass Festival took place in 8 cities in Germany and Vienna (Austria, not Australia) and ran from Jan 21 to Feb 11 (so it's already over).

Wonderful news!

Small correction:
It's Austria, not Australia. Wink That would be pretty far away for an anime movie festival by a German publisher. The festival is also already over (last screeningwas on Feb. 11 in Vienna).

Edit: Oops, too late.

Damn don't see South Africa on that list (as expected though). Pretty shitty never getting any of the anime films showing here and having to wait over a year for the BD. :/

Oh yes, Australia, we do have realy Kangoroos in Austria, one is free runing, if they hadnt catch it, but i don't know why, from time to time Kangoroos are broke out of their kage and run away, its happen more than one time, at various locations .. ^^

As the others said, it was in Austria -> Vienna, i can say it was a nice Festival, i must work there, but In this Corner ot the World i was in and i can say, if you have the chance, look it in Cinema Smile

kind regards

I'm kind of disappointed that I have to wait until September to watch it.

The film is already slated for a premiere in Mexico on March 3 with Katabuchi and lead actress Rena Nounen in attendance, following by Spanish-subtitled and dubbed screenings. The film will also screen in Argentina, Chile, and other South American countries on March 17

So I guess it's only the Spanish-speaking countries, then? Kind of a shame, wish Brazil would get more of these in our cinema.
