I was thinking they ought to do something like this for otaku elsewhere, but then I saw the price 
I wonder what constitutes proof of being single?

They didn't say they were a service for NEETs, but rather for Otaku. There are plenty of Otaku who aren't NEETs, otherwise the anime industry in Japan would be dead.

^That was my first thought but single people aren't the only ones who look at porn from what I understand, or is there something else in one's browser history that might indicate singleness? Plus who wants to show someone their browser history even if they are sworn to secrecy?
