I haven't really been super interested in the series so far until I just saw that goblin with the goggles. He amuses me greatly, lets check this out I say.

I don't know if it has changed since the publishing of this article, but both the source news article and http://sukasuka-anime.com/onair/ seem to be saying that the earliest broadcast is on the 11th on AT-X. The official character names are all now available also.
