I can only hope that new works in the monster girl genre are not simply written on the hoof. It is becoming quite a mare's nest, I dare say. At this rate, we will be watching material of this nature from season to season on the trot.
As for the matter of whether these titles can avoid certain objectionable elements, I fear that horse has already bolted.

Having read the manga, I can tell you Centaur 's is not written on the hoof, as you say. It's more of a slice of life series showcasing interactions between various monster-people in their universe, interspersed with frank and sometimes very dark discussions of evolution, racism, social inequality, and biologies of their world's peoples.
For example, a recurring theme is how the centaurs of their universe were historically treated as a slave race, horribly abused and exploited, and the modern day efforts to accept and bring them in as racial equals. (Japanese centaurs are the exception - they were part of a respected warrior class.)

One of the few monster girl shows I will probably be interested in seeing.

Damn, I hoped for 24 episodes. Too bad. It's a really good manga and I hope anime will do it justice, though the studio looks very suspicious.

considering the positive reviews interview with monster girls is getting and how superior this manga is to that one is very sad that it is getting adapted by a poverty/unknown studio

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. I do enjoy the manga though I find in later volumes, I've cooled on it a bit simply because the world-building can get a little too heavy-handed at times and it comes at the expense of the cute character-driven moments that I started reading it for in the first place.
I can completely understand why the heavy world-building can be a draw for some people, but I just prefer the "micro" aspects of the series to the "macro".
I'm not that apprehensive about it being made by a mostly newbie anime studio since a lot of the shows I go for are from smaller studios anyway.

I don't know whether to be happy that they will, probably, slow down their adaptation of crappy chinese stuff, and instead start to adapt actual Japanese stuff, or to be sad that they will, most probably, ruin the adaptation of the manga
At least their Japanese branch is handling it, and it looks like Japanese people are behind it ... maybe not all hope is lost

How is this manga "superior"??? It might be your opinion, but it's not true.
With the publishing companies they have and the attention they get, A Centaur's Life is inferior to Interview with Monster Girls. <-- A fact, look it up.
And why is an unknown studio bad? Just cause they are new doesn't mean everything they make is bad. Disney even now does movies that end up losing them hundreds of millions, and it's Disney. If that doesn't show that a well known name isn't everything then just look at this seasons Saga of Tanya the Evil (Youjo Senki). It's animated by a new unknown studio but their quality is pretty damn high.

If you go and look at the track record of the studio you will probably understand why so many people, myself included, are worried for the final product

At least they made To Be Hero, which was well recieved. Unfortunately that´s 1 good series against, like 5 bad ones.

Well received ... I would say the better received among their series, because I think TBH is far from being a good show
