Netflix exclusive....

Well at least they have an interesting cast for this. The PV looks impressive as well and coming soon for Summer 2017.

Interesting to note that the voice for Red Saber is different between this and Fate/Extra Last Encore.

Netflix? I swear, if they hold this series hostage for a year just to release it all at once there's going to be a hell of a lot of impotent rage.

With that said hurry up and be July already I want my Sieg/Rider of Black ship!

Extra's Saber is Red Saber, while Apocrypha's Saber is Saber of Red.

Confusingly titled, but two very different characters.

AoA lost both SaeKano 2 and Fate/Apocrypha. What is going on.

Maybe..... just maybe AoA has learned they cant compete? The prices they charge are outrageous and the number of shows they actually license themselves in America are small.

Ah okay, thanks for the clarification. I'm not familiar with Fate/Extra.

obviously she would be voiced differently from Extra's saber since they are both completely different characters.

A-1 Pictures finally appeared with a new work, in addition to that bland romantic comedy. Something good might come of it. I'll take a look.

I have Netflix, but it still bums the hell out of me whenever this happens. I do NOT want to wait till the end of the season to watch something. And it seriously kills any discussion and fandom hype for anything. Poor LWA... Crying or Very sad

AoA hasn't lost either of these series. They just aren't getting streamed on the usual platforms. Netflix and Amazon streaming their shows doesn't have any impact on the physical release, really. Also, for what it's worth, I have yet to see Aniplex listed in any of the Aprocrypha PVs. Not that they aren't involved, but just because A-1 is animating it doesn't mean it is automatically an Aniplex show.

To expound, "Red Saber" is the nickname for Fate/Extra's Saber because she looks just like original Saber but themed red. Fate/Apocrypha consists of 2 sides, red and black, so the Servants are known as "<Class> of Red/Black" in the English fandom while their true names are hidden.

Netflix actually bothered to get this? They must really want to cash in on the Fate fame. Rolling Eyes I'd prefer they go for more interesting projects like Masaaki Yuasa's Devilman adapation but hey can't blame them. Money talks.

Uhh, it's because Fate/Stay Night is an awesome franchise, and deserves it. Thank God Netflix supports it.
