Both the manga and the anime got good reviews and people didn't really have anything negative to say about this anime. It's quite a success back then in 2013. So why is it not getting another season?

Well, Index finally got a season 3 in 2018. So maybe we'll have to wait for another 3 years or more for Hataraku Maou-sama second season. Very Happy
