I'm curious as to why majority of Go Nagai's works keep getting rebooted. A friend of mine said a long time ago the saying that "everything old is new again". And he mentioned this concerning Go Nagai and other artists.

The hyperlink for Kodansha in the first sentence leads to Google. I only found the listing in Kodansha's release schedule.

Not so much for Tezuka works ... while he still is credited the most times as original creator (and probably always will be) not in the least because he also made a lot of short things.
I'd love to see Tezuka produtions (or ayone else) do more with other stuff but it's not really happening ...
But if something does come around it's almost only Black Jack or Astro Boy anymore ...
The same can be said about shotaro ishinomori with Cyborg 009.
