Of course he is, but I heard he wanted to focus more on theater. It's the reason he was replaced in My Hero Academia Season 2.

I wonder if he could still dub the home release, but if he wants to focus on theater that's great for him, but sad for us when we love his voice work.

While I'm glad Emily Neves still does script work for Funimation, I do wish she would do more voice work for them as well.

They are actually going to dub the Nazi anime in the current political climate? Is Funimation aware they are walking over a potential minefield?

I ask that political minefield applies more if they tweak the script to reflect personal politics.

Conceivably, that could happen since they do go back an re-record if someone is absent during the initial simuldub recording. However, this sounds more like a situation where he decided not to return, and I doubt they would go back and add to expenses to record all the lines again with someone that declined to do them before.

Aware or not, I doubt they care as much as you do.

Makes sense, though yeah a shame for us since he's so good. Missed him as Aizawa even though his replacement did fine.

He was a fantastic Zed.

Good opportunity to bring up his amazing Shougo for Psycho-Pass, he really delivered on that challenging role.

I'm more familiar with his work as Decim from Death Parade, which was also excellently done.

Looks like Christopher Wehkamp is just inheriting all of Alex Organ's roles?

I think once MHA season 2 comes out on home video, we'll find out whether or not Alex plans to reprise his older roles or if he's given Wehkamp and Funimation his blessing to be relieved of those roles.

If they were sensitive about the issue they wouldn't have bought this title to begin with.

So, while it would probably make things so much worse, with Tyler and Tyson working on Dies Irae, a very small part of me hopes that we get some German accents. Ranging from proper and respectable, to something like Tiffany Grant's hilariously bad accent for Laura in Infinite Stratos

Also, Tatum as Lupin is some good casting

With Tyler Walker directing, German accents were pretty much guaranteed: https://www.twitter.com/AlexisTiptonVA/status/922576423554113538

Whether the accents will be good or bad, however, is anyone's guess Razz
