I might seriously consider the 2-hour drive for this. I remember Erica from my days on alt.fan.sailor-moon back in the late 90s and early 00s, and how much I admired her. If I'm remembering correctly, we had a great discussion over how the show could help people overcome homophobia that had been pushed on them by parents and immediate social influences. (although that might have been someone else). Regardless, I imagine this will be something I will want to attend, and I hope that I can find a way.
