Okay now we've had Skip Beat, Drifting Classroom, Busou Renkin & Law of Ueki officially announced by Viz.
Within this and the next month I'm expecting official word on Yakitate & Zombie Powder Cool

I here ya. What a great series. (24 volume was spectacular) With Rurouni Kenshin done, I am interested in knowing if they plan to move another series to monthly.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the 13-episode uncut box sets Viz Media was supposed to be releasing in the summer for relatively inexpensive prices. I'm curious about this, too...

Viz announced that an uncut Naruto box set would be released on July 4th several times (only recently was the date confirmed, however, but they always said it would be released in July). The singles that are being released are edited and dub only.

July 4, huh? I wonder how many stores will be open on that day? ^^

Yes, I know many stores sell before release date...But when was that date confirmed? I've noticed Viz Media has a pattern they are following with the editted DVDs, which is starting on March 28, they will release a new DVD every two months on the last Tuesday of every month. So, for the uncut DVDs, does this mean, starting on July 4, they will release a new box set every four months on the first Tuesday of every month? If so, that would mean the next one will be released on November 7...Quite a ways off...

It was confirmed at the New York Comic Con for July 4th.

It will follow a bi-annual release schedule (that's the correct word, right? Once every six months). The second set will be out in December.
