Never heard of this title. With Viz, this "dumb dog" (that's what the title means) may have success. What's it about?

"We're crazy for dogs" is the official English title. It's serialized in Young Jump, and there are 6 volumes as of now. I believe it's a series about dogs, and fanservice. Though I haven't read it, so dont quote me on that.

I can't find any info on this manga. It's not even listed here on ANN, and when I googled it, I kept getting results for baka and inuyasha, one site was called something along the lines of Baka Inuyasha Cels

Actually the title is "Inubaka". Not Inu Baka.
Do a search for Young Jump; then when you get to their site click the 3rd line in the menu. It's the 2nd title, starting at the top left.
