What is Megami DX? Is it a cute girl artbook? Information on these new licenses isn't up on the DMP website so I've been doing some Google research, but I'm coming up pretty empty handed.

Cute girl artbook? I thought it was just another anime magazine, much like Newtype.

Megami is like Newtype, but with nipples. It's a bishoujo magazine, which means that ultimately it focuses about as much on bishoujo games as it does on anime. Megami Deluxe (a.k.a. Megami Deluxe), however, is just a collection of pinup posters that comes out about twice a year.

This is kind of a weird announcement, to say the least. Not necessarily a bad one, just.... weird.

Hm, to touch on the other license, I'm guessing that's Tsuki to SANDARU, a title by YOSHINAGA Fumi under the Hanaoto imprint. BL or borderline BL, probably similar to Antique Bakery by the same author.

Hey, they said it was for those of us who loved Antique Bakery, but felt it wasn't yaoi enough! Better not be promising what they can't deliver.
The DX is a 1-shot. If it does well, there will be more. They were calling it a mook-cross between a mag & a book for the guys out there. Someone asked about an anthology & the panel pointed out that was supposed to be J-Boy by Biblos releasing next June, but now Biblos is bankrupt, they're re-thinking their options. Someone mentioned another Japanese company-I assume the one who took over much of Biblos's stuff, but the panel said it's new people, different style-they feel they are on their way to a good relationship with them, but they're still working on it.
Someone asked about Bronze & the panel said they'd consider it(& it looked like maybe they have been discussing it. Several times they seemed a bit evasive-the one gal would smile & look at the other gal & say they couldn't say a this time. One time they said wait for Otacon-think it was when asked about DMP licensing a more hardcore yaoi title.)
I sort of felt sorry for the non yaoi fans there-asking about Hellsing & Worst & having all these gals drooling over their yaoi.
Someone asked about the Hellsing prequel-no tankoban-ask after there is one. When's the next volume? Panel commented it isn't even out yet in Japan & someone in the audience knew the release date-DMP takes about 10 months for production according to the panel.
Depending on the success of Ring of Fire, they might do more yaoi artbooks.
Would they make anime of their titles? They'd love for someone to make anime out of their titles, but they wouldn't be making any anime in the forseeable future (This was a common question-several panels someone asked if that licensing company would be making an anime of such & such manga & the answer was pretty much the same-the Japanese make the anime, the licensees just license)

by GL do you mean Gothic lolita or "girls love"?
