Man, that's rather unfair to have to go to two different stores to get two different limited editions of the FMA movie. I'll have to see what this lenticular cover looks like, but I'll probably end up buying the Best Buy edition for the documentary instead.

God aweful news.......what the hell Funi? Lets screw all the fans that preorder the movie, and then they will have to buy the special lenticular cover at one store.....and then they are going to go to bestbuy to get the special documentary. Jeez, what is with the two version releases these days? You have your ordinary not-so special release and you have your ultra-mega-deluxe-special-collector's edition-limited release version.Think Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Final Fantasy XII, and others to come. Sorry if this is a little bit off-topic.
I'd go and buy the Best Buy assuming that it is cheaper. As much as I like Waldenbooks, the movie may be priced higher than its Best Buy couterpart. It feels like a cop out to me having to pick one edition of the movie. I am looking forward to Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid this fall and School Rumble next year. I have seen the first and read the latter and look to purchasing the DVDs in the near future. I probably can see Luci Christian as Eri Sawachika in School Rumble. But that is just my thought on it. |

That FMA movie stuff is stupid. So I guess those of us that order online are SOL, huh? I'm not the biggest FMA fan (actually, it wouldn't even make my top 5 at this point, probably not even my top 10) but I still like my extra crap.

Well this doesn't make me happy at all
 . Just what are the people who pre-ordered online getting for their special edtion FMA movie, anyway? When I pre-ordered the film a few months ago from Right Stuf I didn't know Funi was going to start playing games with the SE. As it is, I don't live within 300 miles of a Best Buy or 400 of a Waldenbooks, so these supposedly "special special" version aren't a option for me (OK, I admit I could order them (particuarly the one from Best Buy) if I really wanted to but I won't (plus I could care less about the lenticular cover to begin with)).
Now I just want to know what I'm supposedly going to be getting from Right Stuf. |

FMA ranks in my top 10, top 5, and top 3, and if in last year it would of been my favorite had it not been for Monster/and a renew interest in NGE. That said I am still a huge fan of this series, I've bought every tin and i've been buying the volumes as they are being released. I don't understand why Funi thinks it's ok to leave the fans that have supported their show, and to screw them over. Till next time, Delta Kiral |

This is the biggest, stinking pile of smeg I have heard today! I pre-ordered what was supposed to be a special edition version online from RightStuf (or at least, it was the more expensive of the two RightStuf had). Now FUNimation says, "Hey! We can get more money out of these smegging FMA fanboys/girls by making TWO limited edition versions. Yeah, that's the ticket to success!" Guess what? I'm not changing my order. After being so excited about the pickup of all three School Rumble titles, this is a big let down. Sad to see that FUNimation had no news on Slayers (typical) and no explaination as to why TM!R OAV 3 was pushed back a month. |

I'm honestly doubting the FMA movie documentary included with the special edition for that paticular store will actually be of any use or insight aside from being able to say 'lol, I have it".

Yeah more then likely you are going to be right about that. But it's still the fact that there are many fans of the series who have already spend money preordering the movie from a different location. I for one could pass on the Documentary but I would like to have the lenitcular case, because I love good artwork on my dvds. I'm not sure what I am going to do with my order at the moment, but I am leaning toward that cover. Till next time, Delta Kiral |

There was a Larc~en~ciel (and a PLC too, I just remembered) CD that came out with a different figure of each member of the band. If you wanted all 4 figures (or 5 in PLCs case) you had to buy the same CD four times!) *head asplode!* |

I already ordered a "special edition" of the movie. Now there are two others apparently. Either that, or my special edition got shifted back to the regular edition from RighStuf.
