Given the name, I'm assuming he's one of the spoiler[Arencar], anyone else up on the current manga should know about that.
The game looks interesting from what I've heard about it, and since the Wii is going to have region lock out based on game, hopefully Sega will leave Bleach as a region free game. |

Actually, reigon locks will still be there. First, Second, and Third-Party will have reigon lock outs.
Too bad there won't be a playable version of this at TGS. |

Hasn't been a character intro like this in a while.
Last time I remember, it was used for a crappy Sin Tsu character for Batman that was probably never used. Still, it might be cool to see a few more things like this in today's world of cross markets. |

Paku Romi AND Seki Tomokazu. My two favourite seiyuu, the two people whose voices can turn me into blushing, gibbering goo. Together in the awesomeness that is Bleach. Oh, I'm a happy, happy fangirl. *laughs* Now, could someone please license this game (and the Nana anime series ;- ) so everyone can enjoy the aural goodness?

Not quite. Nintendo of America said there were no region locks. Nintendo of Europe said there were. It is likely only the European console is locked (I've heard some contries there don't allow it region free...) I do intend to import this game, if there are no region locks. The wii's controller would make a great bleach game. =D |

It's one of those fun "he said she said" things that Nintendo does so often. Chances are we won't have to worry about importing, if Bleach blows up on adult swim then we'll probably get the game. |

There is also a second Bleach DS game coming out. Add the new 3D Naruto fighting DS. Heck they need to mention the Crayon Shin-chan game coming to the Wii.
I seriously hope Nintendo of Japan answers as to the region coding question because NOA has said yes to Wii being region free while Nintendo UK has been wrong about things before. The Nintendo UK who said the Wii was region coded said there was no redesign of the Nintendo DS coming out then the next day Nintendo of Japan announced the DS lite. The Nintendo UK never answered if he had just been told to deny the existance of the DS lite or if he was just dead wrong. |

Yay! Those are my two favorite seiyuu as well! When I first read this, before I got to the last sentence, I was like "That's cool." but when I read Seki's name, I squealed

Its a marketing scam and its has wroked...I'll most likly be getting Wii when it comes out now if only for the Bleach game. I know its sad and weak of me but I'm a slave to my inner emotions.

I will wait for a named spokesperson or corporate head before taking an unnamed person over a telephone call. We have no idea who joystiq talked. Unnamed reps are often a bad thing since you often get someone so low in the totem pole they have no idea what they are talking about.
Also if the Wii wasn't region free Nintendo should have corrected the NOA spokesperson months months ago when they spoke on several occasions in an offical capacity confirming the region free like the DS. |
