LOL. In Japan maybe. While she is a great character (she's one of my favorite female characters), her popularity is just too insane in the land of Japan.

Uh....nice name....

Anyway, I find this rather interesting and at the same time great. Maybe one day there will actually be a Haruhiism religion much like Star Wars and Scientology (except better and makes more sense, I'm sorry, but if you actually worship something such as scientology...expect a lot of flak to come your way). Needless to say, Haruhi is getting really popular, which is why I wouldn't be surprised if it already was licensed long ago, just without an announcement just to throw us all off (it's something that someone who licensed a show like that should do with it...it is all around expecting the unexpected...and aliens...and ESPers...and time-travelers... yea).
