Speaking of covering events, whatever happened to dormcat's interview with Goro Miyazaki?

Obviously Tempest has never worked Department Store Retail during Christmas! Wink

Nice blog. I'm jealous, too. I wish that I could see Cherry Blossoms in Japan. Where our pictures?

dormcat: Well it's been months. I was starting to wonder if you even got the interview.

Technically, it was not my interview, for it was not even a press conference -- it was a panel which everyone could sit in (if you could find a place), listen, and ask questions, although the not-so-professional host (a popular writer, although he was once the marketing manager of BVHI) picked questioners in a random manner, and unfortunately I was not one of them. Rolling Eyes

I'm sorry about the delay. I got sick after the convention, and there were some personal matters to attend to, including new assignments of my day job.

Or Office Supply Retail during Back to School and Christmas Laughing But anyway, I like how he's enjoying himself over there, and some interesting topics to send to us here at ANN. Keep it up!

I really want to go when the cherry blossom event is happening, that's probably one thing that I want to do before I go, I'm looking forward to some pics as well. Maybe some drunken karaoke pictures with Dan Wink.

I noticed that "Kimuni Shimokawa" sounded awfully like "Mikuni Shimokawa", so I clicked the link, and it was indeed. And then it occured to me:

Mikuni was performing on the street!? Oh man, I wish I was there that day...

I like the blog, but the non-sensical use of 'mecha' (twice) instead of the (metaphoric, not geographic) 'mecca' totally threw me off.

I don't actually mean to be a spelling snob. I still have no clue whether it was supposed to be ironic (which would be funny) or just another anime-immersion induced spelling error (which would be disappointing).
